DOTA 60239-18-1

It is an important macrocyclic polyamine polycarboxylate ligand. Its structure consists of a 12 membered ring skeleton (cyclododecane) and four uniformly distributed nitrogen atoms, each of which is connected to an acetic acid group (- CH ₂ COOH). The core value of DOTA lies in its excellent chelating ability, which can efficiently and stably bind multiple metal cations, especially lanthanide elements (such as Gd ³ ⁺, Lu ³ ⁺, Y ³ ⁺) and actinide elements (such as Ac ³ ⁺).
