3. Oilfield chemical agents, molecular sieve template agents, phase change cold storage materials, high-performance liquid chromatography analysis reagents, surfactants, descaling agents, adsorbents, oil displacement agents, etc.

4. Used for preparing other tetrabutylammonium salts in aqueous solution.

5. As an electrolyte additive for synthesizing conductive poly (thiophene).
