Antioxidant DTPD (N,N' -dimethylphenyl-p-phenylenediamine) is a type of p-phenylenediamine rubber antioxidant, mainly used to enhance the ozone aging resistance of rubber products, especially tires. ‌
Its molecular formula is C₂₀H₂₀N₂, and its molecular structure contains a benzene ring and an amine group, which endows it with the ability to capture free radicals. It appears as brownish-gray granules, with an initial melting point of 90-100℃, heating loss ≤0.5%, and ash content ≤0.3%. ‌
