1. Performance and use:

Toluene triazole TTA can be used as a corrosion inhibitor for non-ferrous copper and copper alloys, and also has a corrosion inhibition effect on ferrous metals. Toluene triazole TTA is adsorbed on the metal surface to form a very thin film, protecting copper and other metals from corrosion by harmful media in the atmosphere and water. This product forms a more uniform film, and the combined use with sodium mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT) has a better effect.

3. Usage

Toluene triazole TTA is dissolved in alcohol or alkali and added to the circulating water. The concentration of this product in the water is 2-10 mg/L. If the non-ferrous metals in the water system have been severely corroded, this product can be added at 5-10 times the normal concentration to quickly passivate the system.

4. Packaging and storage

Tolyltriazole TTA is packaged in plastic woven bags, with a net weight of 25 kg per bag. Be careful to avoid moisture, high temperature and sunlight.

5. Safety protection

Methylbenzotriazole TTA is alkaline and should be avoided from contact with skin, eyes, etc. If contact occurs, rinse with plenty of water (for at least 15 minutes).
