As a highly stable hydrogenated squalene derivative, it is widely used as a moisturizer and emollient in high-end cosmetics (e.g., creams, serums), where its excellent penetration, antioxidant properties and compatibility with sebum are outstanding. It needs to be stored in a sealed place away from light and avoid oxidizing at high temperature.
