1. Performance and use:

Polyol phosphate is a new type of water treatment agent with good scale and corrosion inhibition performance. Due to the introduction of multiple polyoxyethylene groups in the molecule, it not only improves the corrosion inhibition performance, but also improves the scale inhibition and sediment dispersion ability of calcium scale. It has excellent inhibitory effect on the deposition of barium and strontium scale in water that cannot be controlled by existing domestic scale inhibitors, and also has excellent scale inhibition effect on the deposition of insoluble salts such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate in water. It has a cathodic protection effect on steel and the corrosion inhibition effect is better than similar products currently available in China. Polyol phosphate is well miscible with water stabilizers such as polycarboxylates, organic phosphonates, inorganic phosphates, and zinc salts.

Polyol phosphate is used as a scale inhibitor for oilfield water injection collection (especially recommended as a substitute for Nalco Visco 953) and a corrosion and scale inhibitor for industrial cooling water treatment.

3. Usage

It varies depending on water quality and process conditions. When used as a scale inhibitor, the general dosage of polyol phosphate is less than 15 mg/L, and when used as a closed-loop corrosion inhibitor, it can be as high as 150 mg/L or more.

4. Packaging and storage

Polyol phosphate is an acidic liquid. Pay attention to labor protection when handling it and avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. Rinse with plenty of water after contact.

5. Safety protection

Polyol phosphate is packaged in plastic barrels, with a net weight of 25kg or 200kg per barrel. Store in a cool and dry place for twelve months.
