1. Performance and use:

PESA is a phosphorus-free, nitrogen-free, green and environmentally friendly water-soluble polymer. PESA has good scale inhibition and dispersion properties for calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate, calcium fluoride and silica scale in water, and has good synergistic effect when combined with phosphonates. PESA is biodegradable and has a wide range of applications. It is especially suitable for cooling water systems under high alkali, high hardness and high pH conditions, and can achieve high concentration multiples. PESA has good solubility with chlorine and good compatibility with other agents.

PESA can be used as a nano calcium carbonate dispersant, and can also be used in the processing of papermaking, paint, ink, coating, daily chemical industry and other industries. The addition of PESA improves the fluidity of calcium carbonate suspension, improves the properties of calcium carbonate surface, reduces the surface energy of particles, improves affinity with the dispersion medium, effectively inhibits the agglomeration between particles, thereby increasing its dispersion performance and making it evenly dispersed in the body.

In addition, PESA is also widely used in the field of textile printing and dyeing. It is used in the pre-dyeing and finishing process to significantly improve the scouring effect. 3. Usage

PESA is suitable for oilfield water injection, boiler water treatment and other fields; it is suitable for circulating cooling water systems in the steel, petrochemical, electric power, pharmaceutical and other industries; it is especially suitable for boiler water treatment, circulating cooling water treatment, seawater desalination, membrane separation and other fields of high alkalinity, high hardness, high pH and high concentration multiple systems; it is suitable for the detergent industry.

When PESA is used in the field of water treatment, the addition amount is generally 10-30mg/L. When PESA is used as a dispersant, the recommended usage is 0.5-3.0%, and the specific dosage can be determined according to the test. Since this product is anionic, it is not suitable for use with cationic chemical additives.

4. Packaging and storage

PESA is packed in plastic barrels, each barrel is 25kg, 250kg or 1250kg or determined according to user needs. PESA is stored in a cool place indoors, and the storage period is ten months.
