1. Performance and use:

PAPEMP is a new generation of water treatment agent with high chelating and dispersing properties, high calcium tolerance and excellent scale inhibition performance. This agent can be used as a scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor for circulating cooling water systems, especially for circulating cooling water systems with high hardness, high alkalinity and high pH and oilfield water treatment. It has excellent scale inhibition performance for calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate and calcium sulfate, and can effectively inhibit the formation of silica scale, and has good stabilization of metal ions such as zinc, manganese and iron.

PAPEMP is used as a membrane scale inhibitor for reverse osmosis systems, scale and corrosion inhibition for high-salinity, high-turbidity and high-temperature systems such as multi-stage flash evaporation systems (such as scale inhibition for high-temperature and high-turbidity water systems in coal vaporization systems), textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries and papermaking auxiliaries (yellowing inhibitors), and can replace EDTA, DTPA, NTA, etc.

3. Usage

The normal dosage of PAPEMP is 5-100 mg/L. What makes PAPEMP different from other agents is that the more the dosage is, the better the effect will be. PAPEMP can be used in combination with polycarboxylic acid, etc. A high dosage can achieve high concentration multiples.

4. Packaging and storage

PAPEMP is packed in plastic barrels, 30 kg per barrel. PAPEMP should be stored in a cool place indoors for 12 months.

5. Safety protection

PAPEMP is acidic. Pay attention to labor protection when handling it. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. Rinse with plenty of water after contact.
