Myracaldehyde is a green fragrance fragrance, with a strong citrus leaf and vanilla odor, good chemical stability, suitable for the fragrance of soap and detergent and other flavors, citrus can be hydrated under acidic conditions to form new lily of the valley aldehyde (lyral). Neolily of the valley aldehyde, whose scientific name is 4- or 3-(4-methyl-4-hydroxypentyl)-3-cyclohexene carboxaldehyde, is a mixture of two isomers with a pleasant aroma of lilac and lily, with a better aroma of 4-isomer.
