Bisphenol A is an important organic chemical raw material with a wide range of applications, including the production of polycarbonate (PC) plastic for baby bottles, epoxy resin (usually used for inner coatings of some food and beverage cans), polyester resin, polysulfone resin, polyphenylene ether resin, unsaturated polyester resin, and other polymer materials. It can also be used to produce fine chemical products such as PVC stabilizers, plasticizers, flame retardants, plastic antioxidants, heat stabilizers, rubber antioxidants, UV absorbers, agricultural fungicides, pesticides, coatings, etc. Bisphenol A is an important derivative of phenol and acetone, containing two phenolic functional groups. It is formed by the condensation of two molecules of phenol and one molecule of acetone. The catalyst for this reaction is an acidic catalyst, and the catalysts used in industry include sulfuric acid, hydrogen chloride, and ion exchange resins. The application of these different types of catalysts in industry constitutes different stages of the development of bisphenol A technology.
Full-Process Quality Control: From incoming raw material inspection to in-process monitoring and final outgoing checks, every batch is inspected at each production stage against strict acceptance standards.
Third-Party Certified & Tested: Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001, and products are regularly tested by accredited laboratories (e.g. SGS, TÜV). Test reports are available on request.
100% Batch Traceability: Each batch carries a unique lot number that links raw material records, production parameters, and test results, enabling complete traceability from factory to final delivery.
Pre-Shipment Inspection: Every order passes a final pre-shipment inspection, with inspection photos and reports shared before dispatch.
FAQ From Customers
Q1: What is the minimum order quantity?
