It originates from the exudative solidified substances collected from the trunks of Arabic trees in the genus Acacia. Its application time has been 4000 years. Due to its safety and non toxicity, the dosage is not specified. It appears as yellow to light yellow brown translucent blocks, or white to light yellow particles and powders. The lighter the color, the better the quality. The fresh appearance is smooth, the interior is transparent, odorless, tasteless, and easily soluble in water. It can dissolve in large amounts in hot and cold water, forming a clear and sticky thick liquid.
