1. Performance and use:

T-225 is a copolymer of acrylic acid and hydroxypropyl acrylate. It has a good inhibitory effect on the formation and deposition of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, especially calcium phosphate scale, and has good dispersibility for ferric oxide, sludge, clay and oil scale. It can be used under high pH conditions. T-225 has good miscibility with organic phosphonates, BTA, etc., and has a special effect on inhibiting zinc salt deposition and calcium phosphate scale precipitation. It has a good scale inhibition and dispersion effect under higher temperature and alkaline conditions.

3. Usage

T-225 is suitable for use in circulating cooling water under alkaline conditions and with more phosphates. It is mainly used as a scale inhibitor and dispersant for water treatment in heating heaters and non-evaporative boilers, various circulating cooling water, and oil field reinjection water with high calcium content. The normal usage is 10-30 mg/L. It can be compounded with organic phosphine to form a fully organic (alkaline) formula.

4. Packaging and storage

T-225 plastic barrel packaging, 25kg, 200kg per barrel or according to user requirements. Stored in a cool and ventilated place indoors, the storage period is ten months.

5. Safety protection

T-225 should avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., and should be rinsed with plenty of water (at least 15 minutes) after contact.
