Methyl isobutyl methanol (MIBC) is an excellent foaming agent for non-ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals. It is mainly used as a foaming agent for the separation of non-ferrous metal oxidized ores or fine-grained sulfide ores with high mud content. It is widely used in the beneficiation of lead-zinc ores, copper-molybdenum ores and copper-gold ores around the world, and is particularly effective in improving the quality of concentrates.
