1. Performance and use:

HEDP·Na4 is a white powder solid, easily soluble in water, non-hygroscopic, easy to transport, and suitable for use in severe cold conditions. HEDP·Na4 belongs to the organic phosphonate scale and corrosion inhibitor, which can form stable complexes with various metal ions such as iron, copper, and zinc, and can dissolve oxides on the metal surface. It still has a good corrosion and scale inhibition effect at 250°C.

HEDP·Na4 is widely used in industrial circulating cooling water, low-pressure boilers, oil field water injection, and oil pipelines in power, chemical, metallurgy, fertilizer, etc.; HEDP·Na4 can be used as a metal and non-metal cleaning agent in the light textile industry, a peroxide stabilizer and color fixer in the printing and dyeing industry, a cyanide-free electroplating complexing agent, and a daily chemical additive.

3. Packaging and storage

HEDP·Na4 liquid is packed in plastic barrels, 30kg or 250kg per barrel, HEDP·Na4 solid is packed in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene bags, net weight of each bag is 25kg, which can also be determined according to user needs. Store in a cool place indoors, storage period is 12 months.

4. Safety protection

HEDP·Na4 is alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection when operating it. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Rinse with plenty of water after contact.
