1,3-Diphenylguanidine DPG 102-06-7

White. Taste bitter. Slightly soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, chloroform, hot benzene, hot toluene, and easily soluble in dilute inorganic acids. Application: Diphenylguanidine is mainly used as a medium speed accelerator for natural and synthetic adhesives. Commonly used as an active agent for thiazole, thiuram, and diiodonyl accelerators, it can be used for continuous vulcanization when combined with accelerators DM and TMTD. When using the second accelerator of thiazole based accelerators, the aging resistance of the vulcanized rubber decreases, and appropriate anti-aging agents must be added. In chloroprene rubber, this product has the effects of plasticizers and plasticizers. This product is not suitable for white or light colored products, as well as rubber products that come into contact with food.
